Group Concession Plan

Concession is applied to the same conference, to the employees who are attending as a group from the same firm. Participants Cancellation /Refund Strategy

If you are unable to attend the conference at unavoidable conditions you may drop your registration by giving composed notification to the ICON CONFERENCES LLC Global Conferences groupcustomerservice@iconconferences.org

From total paid registration amount, 75% will be refunded if the registration is dropped over 60 days before the conference. From total paid registration amount, 50% will be refunded if the registration is dropped under 60-30 days before the conference. Registrations dropped under 30 days before the conference won't be applicable for refund.

Any cancellation after crossing out cutoff date won't be refunded and additionally tickets won't be re-enacted. For cancellations got after the cutoff date with funds to be paid, the enlistment sum stays due in full.
