We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to provide a clear refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our participants. Please carefully review the following refund policy for ICON Global Conferences.

1.Cancellation by Participant:

1.1. If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by email.

1.2. Within 90-60 days before the Conference : Eligible for 50% of Payment Refund.

1.3. Before 60 days of Conference : Not eligible for Refund.

2.Substitution of Attendee:

2.1. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization. Please notify us in writing with the replacement attendee's information.

3.Cancellation by ICON Global Conferences:

3.1. In the unlikely event that ICON Global Conferences is canceled or rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.

4.Refund Process:

4.1. Refund requests will be processed within [7 number of working days] after the completion of the event.

4.2. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original registration. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. No-Show Policy:

5.1. Participants who do not attend the conference and do not provide prior notice of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

6.Force Majeure:

6.1. In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies, ICON Junior Global Conferences reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the conference. In such cases, our cancellation and refund policies may be adjusted accordingly. Please note that any hotel or travel expenses incurred are separate from the conference registration fee and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
